The exhibition Hillingar was held at Hótel Hamar in Borgarfjörður in the summer of 2021. This exhibition explores the very interesting phenomenon of the mirage. A mirage is a naturally occurring optical phenomenon in which light rays bend via refraction to produce a displaced image of a distant object or the sky. Are these figures reflections, illusions, or even a dream?
